All the KiwiLine teardrops are built in our workshop in Rolleston, using locally and overseas-sourced materials.  

The frame is made of DuraGalv. We prefer bends over welding where possible.
The floor, sidewalls and roof are made of treated thick plywood
The kitchen and appliances are installed all the way through the building process
We use the best available materials for insulation
ACM panels, side and rear doors as well as custom-made wheel arches are being installed almost at the end of the process
Last touch-ups, roof racks and some equipment (such as water tanks) are installed at the very end.
